I have really gotten into meal planning. I’m cooking all the lunches and dinners for the week on Sunday and it’s working out great. I also make some sort of homemade snack, this week was quinoa granola. The preparation saves time during the week, saves money from grabbing snacks at the store or eating out, and is healthier because I know exactly what I’m eating vs. getting fast food.
