One of my FAVORITE days to workout :-)

Here is a quick heart racing workout to get you started!

 

  • 10 Pushups
  • 30 seconds plank
  • 10 mountain climbers
  • 60 second flutter kicks
  • 15 burpees

Do 4 rounds of these with a 90 second break at the end of each round

Ready….Set…GO WORKOUT!
