There is always a lot of confusion on what kind of meat someone should get to eat/include in their healthy diets

Here is a great visual aid that you can use to help you on your next trip to the grocery store!
All of the meat on this list are a great choice.

Be mindful that some of the meat listed is more expensive than the others.

All of these meat have a great amount of protein but also make sure to take a look at the % fat content in each serving of these meats.

You want to try to keep your % fat low each day.

    Wow veal is so controversial but it’s so lean?!?! That’s crazy!! I had no idea that eating chicken with a bone &/or skin was that much of a difference!! Wow!!!
