Today is the day to recover from all those great snacks you had
while watching the super bowl game yesterday!
It is OK if you allowed yourself to have an extra hot dog or a few extra chips
It is nice to have the things you enjoy every once in a while
BUT TODAY is the day to get back on track with your healthy eating habits and your workouts!
Keep working towards your goal!
Do not get upset if you did not stick close to your diet, it is OK!
Instead of dwelling on what you did…get up and go do something about it today at the gym!
