During the winter time you is a great time to start trying to implement your new health and fitness goals.  During this time you will come across some of the “unhealthy” holidays.  Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Halloween, and Christmas are traditional holidays where people tend to over eat calorie dense foods.   You can find healthy recipe alternatives to have during these times to help you stay on track.

Eating right and sticking with a regular workout routine will help you get steps closer to your health and fitness goals. BUT you have to take a step NOW to make a change.
