Have a brownie!”

I’ve received this reaction quite often, as I’m already thin. Of course, my choices are about my health, not my weight. But I’m just wondering if I’m the only one who has encountered this.

This can include lifting weights to help tone the muscles as you lose the fat that you burn from your cardio routine. It may also help to take classes that some gyms, YMCA’s or other fitness facilities offer. These type of classes are great with getting you to do your cardio as well as work other areas of your body. These type of classes can be kick boxing, aerobics, Pilates, zumba, etc.
