I got sick and my working out got put on hold. I’m better now and I can totally tell I fell of the work-out-train. My run yesterday was a mental fight to finish. I did it! But with lots of “ehhh you don’t want to do this… you’re body hurts just walk the rest… etc”. Working out today? Yes, I think I will and CAN.

I used to be an athlete, started running at 4 until I went to Uni at 17, and pushing myself was normal. Now if I go back to it, only my mind is working, my legs and breath are definitely lacking conditioning and I have to be careful not to overdo it because my mind won’t realise that it’s too much for my actual body! But That’s how you get back to it though!
